Language preference (sag_lang): remembers the language you chose (Thai or English) so pages display correctly. Lasts about 1 year.
Order, draft and gift access tokens (HttpOnly): random values that let you reach only your own order, draft, status page or gift link. They're set as HttpOnly so page scripts can't read them. They typically last from a few days up to about 30 days, or expire when a time-limited link expires.
Consent acknowledgement (sag_cookie_ack): records that you've seen and acknowledged this cookie notice, so the banner doesn't keep reappearing. Lasts about 1 year.
No advertising or tracking cookies
We don't use cookies for advertising, and we don't use third-party analytics or cross-site tracking. Every cookie above exists only to make the service work and to protect access to your own information.
These cookies can't be turned off
Because they're essential, turning them off or blocking them will break parts of the service — remembering your language, reaching your order or status page, and opening a gift link. For that reason there is no switch to disable them.
Clearing cookies
You can delete cookies at any time through your browser settings (typically Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data, or Cookies and site data).
Note that if you clear the access tokens, you may need to reopen the original link or start again to get back into your order or gift.
