Terms of Service

What we do

SongAsGift is a made-to-order gift service. We create a custom song and music video for one specific recipient using artificial intelligence (AI), based on your questionnaire answers and any photos you choose to send us.

If you don't upload photos, we deliver a lyric video instead of a photo-based music video.

Each package (Lite, Standard, Premium) lists what's included, the maximum number of photos, and any optional add-ons (such as express delivery) on the order page before you pay. The final amount is always recalculated on our server.

We review each order before delivery.

Eligibility and age

You must be of legal age, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to use this service.

We do not offer voice cloning under any circumstances.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB). The final amount for your chosen package and add-ons is calculated and confirmed on our server before payment.

We accept card and PromptPay payments through Stripe in Thai Baht (THB). The final amount is shown for your review before you confirm payment.

Stripe processes every payment. Card payments appear on your statement as SONGASGIFT.COM, and we never see or store full card numbers.

Production begins after your payment is confirmed and we have received the information we need.

When you choose PromptPay, Stripe shows a QR code for your banking app. Your app or statement can show STRIPE PAYMENTS (THAILAND) LTD with the amount and a unique reference, so please verify the amount before confirming.

Delivery targets (not a guarantee)

We aim to deliver standard orders within 3 days, and as fast as 24 hours for express orders, counted from confirmed payment and complete information.

These times are targets, not a guaranteed delivery time. Incomplete information, content review, or revision requests can take longer. We keep you updated through your order status page.

If an express order is likely to miss the 24-hour target, we update the status page and help review the appropriate options for that order.

Your responsibilities and the content you submit

You confirm that you own, or otherwise have the right to use, all photos, audio, text, and information you send us.

If other people appear in your content, you confirm you have obtained their consent as needed.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide, and understand that incorrect or incomplete information may affect the result and the delivery time.

Prohibited content

Do not submit, or ask us to create, anything that is unlawful or that infringes intellectual property or the rights of others.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly forbidden.

No content that promotes hate, harassment, or harm toward others.

No impersonation of public figures or real people in a misleading or damaging way.

Content review and our right to refuse

We review content and images for safety and legal compliance, and may hold, refuse, or ask you to replace anything that is unsafe, unlawful, or outside the scope of our service.

If an order is refused for breaching these Terms before production begins, we'll explain why and handle it under our Refund Policy.

Edits and revisions

Lite includes 1 free revision round, Standard includes 2, and Premium includes 3. One round means one consolidated set of requests sent after reviewing the work.

What can change while keeping the same song (visual work): swapping, reordering, or removing photos in the music video, fixing spelling in subtitles or text cards, and correcting the recipient/sender names shown in the video.

A limitation of generated music: a finished song cannot be edited in one spot only — fixing a single mispronounced word, changing part of the lyrics, or changing the genre, tempo, or voice all require generating a new song from the adjusted lyrics. The melody and performance change throughout; it is a new version, not the same song with one fix.

A regeneration request like the above counts as one revision round. We generate several takes and pick the best one, exactly as we do on the first pass.

A full redo, a different recipient, or a new core concept falls outside free revisions and may involve an additional charge, which we always confirm before proceeding.

Refunds

Before production starts, you may cancel for a refund under the policy below. After production starts, we refund when we are unable to deliver even after completing our revision and recovery process.

A cancellation before production starts (before the song is generated) is refundable. Once production has started, the work is a bespoke digital product and is non-refundable except in the case above. Every refund is processed through Stripe to the original payment method. For PromptPay, Stripe might email you to request the bank-account details needed to complete the refund.

Ownership and usage rights

Once payment is complete, you may use the song and video for personal enjoyment, as a gift, and for sharing on social media.

Commercial use, reselling, monetizing, or claiming the work was authored by a human requires a written agreement with us first.

The work is AI-generated. When you share it publicly, you should disclose that it is AI-generated content.

Optional showcase-publication permission

At checkout you may opt in to allow SongAsGift to feature the finished work (the song, the music video, or excerpts) as samples on our website and in our advertising, in exchange for the discount shown at the time of ordering. The option is off by default, and declining never affects the quality of your order.

We hand-curate every piece before publishing, and we never publish works from sensitive occasions (such as apologies, memorials, or get-well songs) even when permission was given.

You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting support@songasgift.com. Withdrawal applies to new uses from that day; previously published material is taken down where reasonably practicable, and discounts already received are not clawed back.

File expiry

Download links and delivered files are time-limited — generally about 30 days from confirmed payment. Please download and keep your own copy by the date shown on the private gift page.

After that, files may be deleted under our data-retention policy and we may be unable to recover them.

Limitation of liability

We provide the service on an "as is" basis and make reasonable efforts to deliver quality work, but we cannot guarantee the result will match every personal expectation.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These limits do not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on the website at the time you order applies to that order, and any change is marked with a new "last updated" date.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
